摘要
介绍了利用微过滤膜去除鲜奶中细菌的工艺流程 ,对鲜奶微过滤除菌实验进行了初探 ,并对除去腐败 (酸败 )微生物和病原菌的效果作出系统评价。
The process of microfiltration removal bacteria from milk is introduced.A preliminary experiment was carried out to determine microfiltration for the removal of microorganisms in raw milk. The efficiencies in relation to removal of spoilage organisms and pathogenic bacteria were systematically assessed.
