摘要
根据超声波的特质,笔者设计了基于超声波测距的皮带运输机故障检测系统。硬件部分设计了供电电路,设置了本安测距,安装了超声驱动,调节了光耦转换器;软件部分首先采用GM31010接收电路信息,其次放大筛选故障电路,最后比较了故障电路峰值,实现了故障检测。实验结果显示,所设计的超声测距皮带运输机故障检测系统运行良好,能够满足工业的基本测距要求,可以准确地检测出皮带运输机的故障。
Aiming at the characteristics of ultrasound,a fault detection system design for belt conveyors based on ultrasonic ranging is established.The hardware part is designed with power supply circuit,set up intrinsically safe ranging,installed ultrasonic drive,and adjusted optocoupler converter.The software part first uses GM31010 to receive circuit information,then amplifies and screens the faulty circuit,and finally compares the peak value of the faulty circuit to achieve fault detection.Then an experiment was carried out.The experiment showed that the designed ultrasonic distance measurement belt conveyor fault detection system works well,can meet the basic distance measurement requirements of the industry,and can accurately detect the fault of the belt conveyor.
