摘要 近年来,妊娠期糖尿病的发病率在不断升高。妊娠期糖尿病是孕产妇以往并无糖尿病,处于妊娠期出现耐糖量异常的情况。妊娠期糖尿病是一种高危妊娠,不仅容易诱发妊娠其他合并症,还会在一定程度上影响胎儿的健康。做好妊娠期血糖控制,能有效降低母婴并发症的发生率。因此,做好妊娠期糖尿病的诊治工作具有重要的意义。妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗常用的方式为药物治疗,常用的治疗药物包括胰岛素、双胍类药物等,不同药物获得的治疗效果有所不同,但临床并无定论哪种药物具有绝对的优势,要根据患者具体病情选择合适的药物治疗。益生菌则是近年来推出的新型治疗方法,与常规治疗方法相比,其安全性和有效性有明显的提升。本文对妊娠期糖尿病的发病机理和治疗方法作一综述,以期为妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的治疗提供一定的借鉴经验。 In recent years,the incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)has been increasing.Gestational diabetes mellitus is a condition in which pregnant women have no diabetes in the past and have abnormal glucose tolerance during pregnancy.Gestational diabetes mellitus is a high-risk pregnancy,which is not only easy to induce other complications of pregnancy,but also affects the health of fetus to a certain extent.Good blood glucose control during pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of maternal and infant.Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is of great significance.The commonly used way of clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is drug treatment.The commonly used drugs include insulin,biguanide drugs,etc.The therapeutic effect of different drugs is different,but there is no clinical conclusion on which drug has absolute advantage.We should choose the appropriate drug according to the specific condition of patients.Probiotics is a new treatment method introduced in recent years,compared with conventional treatment methods,its safety and effectiveness has been significantly improved.This paper reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,in order to provide some experience for the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.
