摘要
目的:分析个性化营养治疗在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年4月重庆市巫山县人民医院收治的妊娠糖尿病且有完整体检记录的孕妇100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组接受普通指尖血监测及常规治疗,研究组接受动态血糖监测及常规治疗联合个体化营养治疗。比较两组患者血糖指标、不良妊娠结局发生率及负性情绪。结果:治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);治疗后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:妊娠糖尿病患者采用个体化营养治疗能够有效控制患者血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,有效调整患者负性情绪。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized nutrition therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of one hundred pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital of Chongqing from February 2021 to April 2022 with complete physical examination records were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received ordinary fingertip blood monitoring and routine treatment,and the study group received dynamic blood glucose monitoring and routine treatment combined with individualized nutrition therapy.Blood glucose index,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Individualized nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose level,improve the pregnancy outcome,and effectively adjust the negative emotions of patients.
