摘要
目的 分析医学营养治疗对于妊娠糖尿病患者的重要价值。方法 回顾性分析2022年6月—2023年5月盐城市大丰人民医院临床营养科收治的86例妊娠糖尿病患者的临床资料,以治疗方式不同分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用药物治疗、观察组在对照组的基础上加以医学营养治疗。比较两组在血糖值变化上的差异,关注相关体征指标、了解患者分娩结局与新生儿健康状态。结果 干预后,观察组血糖相关指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组相关体征指标(血压、血脂、体质指数)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇与新生儿不良结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医学营养治疗对于妊娠糖尿病患者而言非常重要,是稳定血糖、控制血压及血脂等相关指标的重要保障,可以优化孕妇分娩及新生儿健康状态。
Objective To analyze the important value of medical nutrition therapy for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Clinical Nutrition Department of Dafeng People's Hospital of Yancheng City from June 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs and the observation group was treated with medical nutrition on the basis of the control group.The differences in blood glucose values between the two groups were compared,and relevant signs and indicators were paid attention to to understand the outcomes of delivery and the health status of newborns.Results After intervention,the blood glucose related indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the relevant physical indicators(blood pressure,blood lipids,body mass index) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in pregnant women and newborns in observation group weres lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical nutrition treatment is very important for patients with gestational diabetes,which is an important guarantee for stabilizing blood sugar,controlling blood pressure and lipid and other related indicators,and can optimize the health status of pregnant women and newborns.
