摘要
目的:探究1 540nm非剥脱性点阵激光联合医用杀菌液体敷料治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月笔者医院收治的76例痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。两组均采用1 540nm非剥脱性点阵激光治疗,治疗后,对照组采用常规医用冰袋冷敷,观察组在常规医用冰袋冷敷基础上加用医用杀菌液体敷料湿敷。每月治疗1次,连续治疗5次,治疗后评价两组疗效。采用痤疮瘢痕权重评分表(ECCA)对两组患者治疗前后进行评分。评价两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛持续时间、完全愈合时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率92.11%,高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05);两组ECCA权重评分均低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组,疼痛持续时间及完全愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率18.42%,低于对照组的39.47%(P<0.05)。结论:1 540nm非剥脱性点阵激光联合医用杀菌液体敷料治疗痤疮瘢痕能够显著提高疗效,缩短恢复时间,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of non-ablative 1540nm fractional laser combined with medical sterilizing liquid dressing in the treatment of acne scars.Methods 76 patients with acne scars who were treated in our hospital were selectedfrom May 2018 to May 2019.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=38).Both groups were treated with 1540nm fractional laser.On this basics,After treatment,the control group was treated with medical ice pack and the observation group added wet compress with medical sterilizing liquid dressing on the basis of conventional medical ice pack cold compress.Treatment was performed once/month,and 5 consecutive treatments.The efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment,and the clinical evaluation scale of acne scar(ECCA)before and after treatment was used to score the two groups.Visual analogue scores(VAS),duration of pain,healing time and adverse reactions were evaluated after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%,higher than 73.68%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,theECCAscores in both groups were both lower than that before treatment in the same group,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scorein the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of painand healing time in the observation groupwere all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.42%,lower than39.47%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-ablative 1540nm fractional laser combine with medical sterilizing liquid dressing in the treatment of acne scars,which can improve curative effect,shorten recovery time and reduce adverse reactions.
