摘要
目的 观察透明质酸联合非剥脱性点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年12月至2020年12月,面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组患者各46例。两组患者均先行非剥脱性点阵激光治疗,波长1 540 nm,频率0.5~1.0 Hz,脉宽10~15 ms,能量密度40~60 mJ/cm^(2),光斑重叠率20%~50%。激光治疗后对照组外敷生理盐水面膜15~20 min,连续使用7 d;联合组外敷透明质酸凝胶2次/d,连续使用7 d。治疗后4个月采用Kolcaba舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)及疼痛数字评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)联合评估两组主观舒适度,记录两组患者治疗后创面愈合时间(包括结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间),比较治疗前和治疗后面部瘢痕修复面积以评估临床疗效,并采用VISIA皮肤检测仪检测两组患者皮肤美观度。结果 两组治疗前GCQ、NRS、皮肤美观度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后4个月,与对照组比较,联合组GCQ评分(P<0.05)、NRS评分更低(P<0.05)、总有效率更高、结痂时间和痂皮脱落时间更短、皮肤美观性更好(P<0.05)。结论 透明质酸凝胶联合非剥脱性点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕可改善患者的主观舒适度、提高修复效果、缩短愈合时间、强化面部美观性,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of hyaluronic acid gel combined with non-ablative dot array laser on subjective comfort,repair effect and aesthetics of facial depression acne scar.Methods Using random number table method,92 patients with facial depression acne scar from December 2019 to December 2020were divided into the combined group and the control group,46 patients in the combined group were treated with non-stripping dot laser alone,46 patients in the control group were treated with hyaluronic acid gel combined with non-ablative dot laser.Four months after treatment,Subjective comfort,repair effect,healing time and aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),numerical rating scale(NRS),stains,wrinkles,pores,texture and purpliness scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Four months after treatment,After treatment,the GCQ score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the NRS score was lower.The total effective rate of facial scar repair was higher,and the scab formation time and skin peeling time were shorter.The scores of stains,wrinkles,pores,texture and purplish were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyaluronic acid gel combined with non-ablative dot matrix laser therapy can improve subjective comfort,and repair effect,shorten healing time and enhance facial aesthetics in patients with acne depression scar,which is worth promoting.
