射频联合1540nm非剥脱点阵激光在面部除皱中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨射频治疗联合1540nm非剥脱点阵激光在面部除皱中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月-2019年9月我院门诊接收的80例行面部除皱女性患者,依据随机数表法分为2组,各40例,对照组患者予以1540nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用射频治疗。对比两组患者治疗2个月后及治疗4个月后治疗效果以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果对比两组治疗2个月后及治疗4个月后治疗效果,观察组总有效率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频联合1540nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗应用于面部除皱患者效果良好,可显著去除面部皮肤皱纹,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of radio frequency therapy combined with 1540 nm non stripping dot matrix laser in facial wrinkle removal.Methods 80 female patients with facial wrinkle who were received in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with 1540 nm non stripping lattice laser,and the observation group was treated with radio frequency on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after 2 months and 4 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radio frequency combined with 1540 nm non stripping dot matrix laser is effective in the treatment of facial wrinkles,which can significantly remove facial wrinkles,with less adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
