摘要
目的探讨非剥脱性1550 nm点阵激光和剥脱性CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部皱纹的效果和安全性。方法2020年10月至2021年8月,在吉林大学中日联谊医院皮肤科和吉林省人民医院医疗美容科就诊的面部皱纹女性患者47例,年龄26~54(41.9±6.6)岁。对同一患者左右面部两侧皱纹区域分别用非剥脱性1550 nm点阵激光和剥脱性CO_(2)点阵激光进行1~4次治疗,每次间隔6~12周。由3名医师对照片皱纹严重程度分级进行评估,判定疗效,记录不良反应。结果非剥脱性1550 nm点阵激光组(非剥脱组)治疗有效38例,占80.9%,剥脱性CO_(2)点阵激光组(剥脱组)治疗有效39例,占83.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但年龄≤45岁组,两种激光疗效均明显优于>45岁组(均P<0.001);非剥脱组红斑持续时间及结痂脱落时间均小于剥脱组(均P<0.001)。结论非剥脱性1550 nm点阵激光和剥脱性CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部皱纹均安全有效,非剥脱性1550 nm点阵激光治疗面部皱纹恢复时间更短、不良反应更低。
Objective To analyze the difference in the efficiency and safety of non-ablavtive 1550 nm fractional laser and ablative CO_(2) fractional laser in the treatment of facial wrinkles.Methods From October 2020 to August 2021,a total of 47 patients with facial wrinkles were collected.All patients were female,aged 26 to 54 years old(41.9±6.6).All patients were treated with a non-ablavtive 1550 nm fractional laser and ablative CO_(2) fractional laser for symmetrical facial wrinkles,with 1 to 4 treatments according to the patient′s condition,with each treatment interval of 6 to 12 weeks.Through the assessment of standardized photographs by 3 physicians,We performed a WSRS wrinkle rating to evaluate the curative effect and recorded adverse reactions.Results The non-stripping 1550 nm lattice laser group(non-stripping group)was effective in 38 cases(80.9%),The exfoliative CO_(2) lattice laser group(exfoliative group)was effective in 39 cases(83.0%),with no statistical difference(P>0.05).However,in the age group≤45 years old,the efficacy of the two kinds of laser was significantly better than that in the>45 years old group(P<0.001).The erythema duration and scab shedding time in the non-exfoliation group were smaller than those in the exfoliation group(P<0.001).Conclusions Both the non-ablavtive 1550 nm fractional laser and the ablative CO_(2) fractional laser are effective in the treatment of wrinkles,and the non-ablavtive 1550 nm fractional has a shorter recovery time,and less adverse reactions.
