摘要
目的探讨慢性精神分裂症患者共病糖尿病的整体功能、体质量指数、血脂水平和认知功能的特征以及相关性。方法收集2017年7月~2019年7月在上海市嘉定区某专科医院住院的患者342例,分为共病糖尿病组(61例)和无糖尿病组(281例),采集一般资料、身高、体重、血脂相关指标,应用功能大体评定量表(GAF)进行功能水平测试,应用认知功能成套测验-共识版(MCCB)进行认知功能水平测试,比较两组间的差异,并进行相关分析。结果⑴共病组患者住院天数显著高于非共病组(P<0.01);(2)共病组较非共病组,其GAF功能、HDL明显偏低(P<0.01),BMI明显偏高(P<0.05);(3)共病组患者在连线测验,空间广度项目得分较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)共病糖尿病的患者的整体功能与连线测验、空间广度呈正相关(P<0.05),而与BMI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论共病糖尿病的慢性精神分裂症患者肥胖程度更高,血脂异常明显,住院周期更长,认知功能及整体功能受损更为严重。
Objective To explore the global functioning,BMI,blood lipid level,and the cognitive function of comorbidities diabetes in patients with chronic schizophrenia and their correlation.Methods A total of 342 patients who were hospitalized in Shanghai jiading from July 2017 to July 2019 were divided into the diabetic group(n=61)and the non-diabetic group(n=281).Medical record,height,weight and blood lipid were collected,GAF and MCCB were conducted to compare the differences between the two groups,and then the relevant analysis was carried out.Results(1)Hospitalization days in schizophrenia patients with comorbid diabetes(study group)was significantly longer than that of the patients with no diabetes(control group)(P<0.01).(2)GAF score and HDL was significantly lower in study group than that in control group(P<0.01),while BMI were significantly higher in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).(3)Both the line test and spatial span were with lower scores in study group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)The global function of patients with comorbidities was positively correlated with connection test and spatial span(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.05).Conclusion High BMI,obvious dyslipidemia,longer hospitalization period,serious global functional impairment and cognitive function impairment,will be more likely appeared in chronic schizophrenia with comorbid diabetes.
