摘要
目的研讨精神分裂症患者心理弹性与认知功能水平的关系。方法选择本院2019年9月至2021年9月收入的80例精神分裂症患者,设为观察组,同期再招募选择80名健康者,设为对照组,对比两组心理弹性与认知功能水平,分析两组心理弹性与认知功能水平的关系。结果两组性别、婚姻状况、受教育程度、年龄相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组力量性、坚韧性、乐观性以及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组数字序列、操作能力测验、连线测验、空间广度、语言记忆、言语流畅性、符号编码、迷宫测验、视觉记忆、情绪管理能力以及精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内偏相关分析结果显示心理弹性总分和坚韧性与符号编码呈正相关(P<0.05),心理弹性总分、力量性、坚韧性、乐观性分数均与情绪管理能力呈正相关(P<0.05);对照组内偏相关分析结果显示心理弹性总分、力量性、坚韧性与符号编码呈正相关(P<0.05),力量性、乐观性与语言记忆呈正相关(P<0.05),力量性与持续操作能力、空间广度呈正相关(P<0.05),心理弹性总分、力量性、坚韧性、乐观性均与情绪管理能力呈正相关(P<0.05),心理弹性总分、力量性、乐观性均与MCCB总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的心理弹性和认知功能均会出现不同程度的受损,其中心理弹性水平与部分社会认知功能和神经认知功能中的情绪管理能力有一定关系。
Objective To study the relationship between mental resilience and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia from September 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the observation group and 80 healthy subjects were recruited by advertisement as the control group.The levels of resilience and cognitive function were compared between the two groups,the relationship between mental resilience and cognitive function was analyzed.Results There was no difference in sex,marital status,education level and age between the two groups(P>0.05);the strength,tenacity,optimism and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total scores of digit sequence,operation ability test,connection test,space span,language memory,verbal fluency test,symbol code,maze test,visual memory,emotion management ability and schizophrenia cognitive function test(MCCB)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of partial correlation analysis in the observation group showed that the total score of resilience and tenacity were positively correlated with the symbol coding(P<0.05),and the total score of resilience,strength,tenacity and optimism were positively correlated with the ability of emotion management(P<0.05).The results of partial correlation analysis in the control group showed that the total score of resilience,strength and tenacity were positively correlated with symbol coding(P<0.05),strength and optimism were positively correlated with language memory(P<0.05),strength was positively correlated with continuous operating ability and spatial span(P<0.05).total score of resilience,strength,tenacity and optimism were positively correlated with emotional management ability(P<0.05),the total score of resilience,strength and optimism were positively correlated with the total score of MCCB(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental resilience and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia may be impaired
