摘要
新工科理念对传统工科专业提出了新要求.基于宁德师范学院土木工程专业案例的研究表明,该专业在实践教学中存在着教学体系滞后、教学环节弱化、毕业标准单一等问题.建议应用型地方本科院校立足于新工科内涵,侧重培养学生的基础知识、实验分析、实习实训、科研创新等4项能力及1个专业核心技能,构建“四能一专”的实践教学体系.同时,专业人才培养应注重5项措施,即注重学科基础知识教育,注重实验素养提升,坚持与地方产业接洽,塑造科研创新氛围,强化专业核心技能的应用,以提升土木工程专业人才培养质量.
The new engineering concept imposes new initiatives upon the traditional engineering majors.The new demands of civil engineering talent training under the background of new engineering disciplines was then analyzed.Firstly,we took the civil engineering major of Ningde Normal University as a case to point out the problems from three aspects of curriculum teaching,internship training,and graduation requirements.Therefore,we emphasized that the four abilities of students’basic knowledge,experimental analysis,internship training,and scientific research innovation should be taken seriously.The same is true for professional core skills.Secondly,we proposed five measures to guarantee the quality of professional talent training.That is,pay attention to the education of basic knowledge of the subject,pay attention to the improvement of experimental literacy,persist in contact with local industries,establish the atmosphere of scientific research and innovation,and strengthen the application of professional core skills.Finally,it is suggested that the application of local colleges should strengthen the practical teaching system of engineering majors,take the new engineering concepts into count deeply,respectively.
