摘要
随着工程造价行业业务范围不断拓展,造价咨询企业正在转型升级,市场对工程造价人才综合素质要求也越来越高。工程造价高端人才培养和使用已成为行业高质量发展的关键因素,高端人才培养机制建设成为学界和业界共同关注的重要内容。文章首先对会计、税务、勘察设计等行业高端人才选拔指标作了对比分析;进而从理论研究、工程实践、行业建设三方面分析研究了工程造价行业高端人才选拔能力标准;并从培养周期、培养方式、培养内容三方面提出了适合工程造价行业高端人才培养的人才选拔方案;由此提出工程造价高端人才使用设计机制的有关建议。工程造价高端人才培养机制建设是一项系统工程,需要满足政策环境要求和市场发展需求,开展工程造价高端人才培养机制研究将有助于促进和发挥工程造价高端人才的专业价值,为社会和行业发展服务。
With the continuous expansion of the business scope of the engineering cost industry, the cost consulting enterprises are undergoing transformation and upgrading, and the market demands higher and higher comprehensive quality of engineering cost talents. The cultivation and use of high-end engineering talents has become a key factor in the highquality development of the industry, and the construction of high-end talent cultivation mechanism has become an important content of common concern of academic circles and the industry. Firstly, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the selection indexes of high-end talents in accounting, taxation, survey and design industries. Then it analyzes and studies the selection ability standard of high-end talents in engineering cost industry from three aspects: theoretical research,engineering practice and industry construction. From three aspects: training cycle, training mode and training content, this paper puts forward a talent selection scheme suitable for training high-end talents in engineering cost industry. Therefore,some suggestions on the design mechanism of high-end talents in engineering cost are put forward. The construction of training mechanism of high-end engineering cost talents is a systematic project, which needs to meet the requirements of policy environment and market development. The research on training mechanism of high-end engineering cost talents will help to promote and give full play to the professional value of high-end engineering cost talents, and serve the development of society and industry.
