摘要
通过垂直燃烧试验、极限氧指数(LOI)测定和锥形量热分析,研究了焦磷酸哌嗪(DPP)/三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃作用的影响。结果表明:当DPP和MPP的质量比为2∶1,DPP/MPP的质量分数为26%(占物料总量)时,PP的阻燃级别可达到V-0级,LOI为35.5%;与纯PP相比,阻燃PP的总热释放量、热释放速率峰值均显著降低。另外,添加阻燃剂显著降低了PP的力学性能,但添加DPP/MPP对PP力学性能的影响明显小于聚磷酸铵(APP)基膨胀型阻燃剂。
The effect of piperazine pyrophosphate(DPP)/melamine polyphosphate(MPP)on the flame retardancy of polypropylene(PP)was studied by vertical combustion test,limiting oxygen index(LOI)measurement and cone calorimetric analysis.The results show that when the mass ratio of DPP and MPP is 2∶1,and the mass fraction of DPP/MPP is 26%(accounting for the total amount of materials),the flame retardant grade of PP can reach V-0,and LOI is 35.5%.Compared with pure PP,the total heat release and peak heat release rate of flame retardant PP are significantly reduced.In addition,the mechanical properties of PP are reduced by adding the flame retardants,but the effect of DPP/MPP on the mechanical properties of PP is obviously less than that of APP-based intumescent flame retardant.
