摘要
文章以多聚磷酸及无水哌嗪为起始原料,在高温条件下一步合成高聚合度聚磷酸哌嗪。通过热重分析研究了聚磷酸哌嗪的热稳定性,然后将聚磷酸哌嗪与聚磷酸三聚氰胺盐按3∶2的质量比复配后按25%的添加量加到聚丙烯中,制备阻燃聚丙烯复合材料,用目前常用的聚磷酸铵体系膨胀型阻燃剂来进行对比--按同样的添加比例将聚磷酸铵体系膨胀型阻燃剂加入聚丙烯中,通过垂直燃烧(UL94)测试研究了材料的阻燃性能;通过悬臂梁冲击强度等测试研究了材料的力学性能。结果表明:合成产物聚磷酸哌嗪的起始热分解温度为280℃,表明聚磷酸哌嗪具有良好的热稳定性。当复合阻燃剂的总添加量为25%时,聚磷酸哌嗪体系和聚磷酸铵体系复合材料均可通过UL94V-0级垂直燃烧测试,但复合材料样条经70℃水煮7d后,聚磷酸哌嗪复合材料仍然通过UL94V-0级垂直燃烧,而聚磷酸铵体系复合材料仅能通过UL94V-1级别。结果表明聚磷酸哌嗪体系膨胀型阻燃剂对聚丙烯具有良好的阻燃作用,且性能优于聚磷酸铵体系膨胀型阻燃剂。
In this article,polyphosphoric acid and anhydrous piperazine were used as starting materials to synthesize high polymerization degree piperazine polyphosphate( PPP) under high temperature condition. And studied by thermogravimetric analysis of PPP thermal stability,then get together PPP and melamine polyphosphate( MPP) by mass ratio 3 ∶ 2 and distribution according to25% of the amount added to pp,the preparation of flame retardant polypropylene composite material,comparison with common ammonium polyphosphate( APP) system IFR,on the same terms and add the proportion of APP system intumescent flame retardant to polypropylene,was studied by vertical combustion( UL 94) test flame retardant properties of materials;The mechanical properties of the materials were studied by testing the IZOD,etc. The results showed that the product of PPP initial thermal decomposition temperature is 280 ℃,it is showed that PPP has good thermal stability.When the total amount of compound flame retardant was 25%,the gathering system of PPP and APP system composite material can be passed UL 94 V-0 level vertical burning test,but the composite materials by 70 ℃ boiled in 7 days,PPP composite vertical burning still passed UL 94 V-0 level,and APP system only through the UL 94 V-1 level. It is shown that the expansion flame retardant of PPP system has good flame retardant effect on polypropylene,and its performance is due to the expansion flame retardant of APP system.
