摘要
采用焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)以质量比3∶2复配成膨胀阻燃剂(FR),选择三氧化钼(MoO_(3))、八钼酸铵、硼酸锌(ZnB)和三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))等8种阻燃抑烟剂作为协效剂,共同用于聚丙烯(PP)阻燃,探究不同阻燃抑烟剂对PP阻燃和抑烟性能的影响,分析实现最佳协同效应的配方组合。实验表明,以次磷酸铝(AHP)为协效剂可实现最佳协同效应,添加23%FR和2%AHP时,其极限氧指数(LOI)达到34.8%,UL94垂直燃烧等级通过V-0,相比于单独添加FR阻燃剂体系(FRPP-1),其热释放速率峰值(PkHRR)、总热释放量(THR)都有较大降幅,且成炭性能优异,800℃时残炭率为22.8%。但在抑烟性能方面,锡酸锌(ZS)优于AHP,添加ZS的阻燃体系,PkHRR、THR和最大平均热释放速率(MARHE)相比于FRPP-1降幅分别为24.2%、48.9%和20.9%,烟释放速率峰值(PSPR)和总烟释放量(TSP)降幅分别为48.0%和60.3%。
Piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP)and melamine polyphosphate(MPP)were synthesized into an expansive flame retardant(FR)with a mass ratio of 3∶2.Eight flame retardants,including molybdenum trioxide(MoO_(3)),ammonium octamolybdate,zinc borate(ZnB)and antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3)),were selected as synergies to be used as flame retardants in polypropylene(PP).The effects of different flame retardant and smoke suppressant on the flame retardant and smoke suppressant properties of PP were investigated,and the formula combination to achieve the best synergistic effect was analyzed.The results show that the best synergistic effect can be achieved by using aluminum hypophosphate(AHP)as the synergist.When 23%FR and 2%AHP are added,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)reaches 34.8%.The vertical combustion grade of UL94 passes V-0.The peak heat release rate(PkHRR)and total heat release(THR)decrease greatly,and the carbon formation performance is excellent,and the residual carbon rate is 22.8%at 800℃.However,in terms of smoke inhibition performance,zinc stannate(ZS)is better than AHP,and the reduction of PkHRR,THR and MARHE(maximum average heat release rate)comparing with FRPP-1 is 24.2%,48.9%and 20.9%,respectively.PSPR(peak smoke release rate)and TSP(total smoke release)decrease by 48.0%and 60.3%,respectively.
