摘要
探讨膨胀型防火涂料生烟机理和抑烟技术的研究进展,介绍防火涂料生烟性评价方法、生烟机理及相应的抑烟技术和方法。膨胀型防火涂料的抑烟技术主要为两个方面:一是选用自身生烟量较少的成膜聚合物;二是添加抑烟剂。膨胀防火涂料的抑烟剂主要为元素周期表中IVB-VIB族的化合物和VIIB-IIB族的化合物,较为常用的有钼系化合物、锡系抑烟剂、铁系抑烟剂、氢氧化物和硼酸锌。
The recent progress in smoke production mechanism and smoke suppressants of intumescent fire retardant coating were reviewed.The smoke test methods,smoke production mechanism and smoke inhibition technique of intumescent fire retardant coating were summarized.Both the application of low smoke film-forming polymers and addition of smoke suppressants could obvious increase the smoke suppression properties of intumescent fire retardant coating.The typical smoke suppressants cover the compounds of the ⅣB-ⅥB and ⅦB-ⅡB families in the periodic table of elements,commonly the molybdenum-based compounds,tin-based compounds and iron-based compounds,hydroxide and zinc borate.
