摘要
通过纳米技术、微胶囊包覆技术介绍了水性膨胀型防火涂料防火性能和耐水性能的提升方法,采用物理和化学相结合的角度对涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行针对性分析,就钢结构水性膨胀型防火涂料抑烟性能和力学性能的作用机理论述了高强度、高膨胀且致密炭层的生成策略,着重提出了多功能一体化涂料是未来钢结构水性膨胀型防火涂料研究、开发和应用的发展方向。
This paper introduced the method to improve the fire and water resistance of water-based intumescent fire-retardant coatings through nanotechnology and microencapsulation technology,using a combination of physical and chemical perspectives to make a targeted analysis of the corrosion resistance of the coating,and discussed the strategy for generating a high-strength,high intumescent and dense carbon layer with regard to the mechanism of the action of smoke suppression performance and mechanical properties of water-based intumescent fire-retardant coatings for steel structures.It was highlighted that multifunctional integrated coatings are the future developing orientation of the research,development and application of water-based intumescent fire-retardant coatings for steel structures.
