摘要 本文对聚磷酸铵-季戊四醇-三聚氰胺阻燃体系进行了较深入的研究。由DTA谱图及TG曲线说明该体系的主要物理化学反应均发生在280~400℃,形成致密的泡沫碳质层。通过FTIR谱图表明聚磷酸铵经热分解形成聚磷酸和聚偏瞵酸,既促进碳化剂和有机物的脱水成碳,又覆盖在碳质层表而阻止燃烧。根据X-射线衍射图分析,形成的碳质层属无定形碳结构,覆盖在可燃性底材上有效地隔绝空气和热源。 A fire-retardant system of polyammonium phosphat/pentaerythritol/melamine has been studied in detail. The major physical and chemical reactions of the system are taken place at the temperature of 280℃ to 400℃, which were determined by using DTA and TG, to form a dense foam char layer. The FTIR spectrum shows that polyammonium phosphate will be decomposed by heat into polyphosphoric acid and polymetaphosphoric acid, which can either promote the dehydration of organic compound to form char lager and cover on the char layer to retard the fire burning. The char layer formed on the flammablc substrate is determined amorphous, which can effectively barrier the heat and air.
