摘要
研究了填料、抑烟剂、涂覆量对涂料防火性能的影响.结果表明:氧化锌、氧化铝等无机填料不仅能提高发泡层强度,而且能有效地抑制燃烧过程中产生的烟雾.当涂层涂覆量为500 g/m2 时其防火效果最好.
Influence of the filler, smoke inhibitor and application rate of the coating on the fire retardant properties of the coatings were studied. The results showed that the inorganic fillers, such as zinc oxide and aluminium oxide, not only can increase the strength of intumescent layer, but also have good smoke inhibit effect. When the application rate of the coating is 500 g/m 2, the fire retardant effect of the coating is the best.
