摘要
以聚乙烯(PE)为基体材料,在其中加入无卤膨胀型阻燃剂FR-1420、抗静电剂及增韧剂EEA树脂(乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯)制备得到了完全满足煤矿井下要求的阻燃抗静电PE材料,并测试考察了阻燃剂、抗静电剂和增韧剂对PE材料性能的影响。试验结果表明:阻燃剂FR-1420的加入能提高PE材料的阻燃性能,当阻燃剂质量分数达到28%时,PE材料垂直燃烧等级达到UL 94的V-0级,继续增加阻燃剂质量分数至30%,则通过MT 113—1995《煤矿井下用聚合物制品阻燃抗静电性通用试验方法和判定规则》中的酒精喷灯试验;同时加入抗静电剂和增韧剂能制备得到综合性能较好的矿用无卤阻燃PE材料,通过与溴—锑阻燃体系对比发现,无卤阻燃体系不仅在阻燃、抗静电、力学性能方面与溴—锑阻燃体系相当,而且具有较高的成本优势。
A flame-retarded anti-static polyethylene (PE) which fully meets the requirements of coal mines was developed by taking PE as the base material and adding the halogen-free intumescent flame retardant FR-1420, the anti-static agents and the toughening agent EEA resin ( ethylene - ethyl acrylate ), and the effect of the flame retardant, anti - static agent and toughening agent on the properties of PE were studied and tested. The test results showed that the addition of flame retardant FR-1420 improved the flame retardant property of PE, when the mass fraction of the flame retardant reached 28% , the vertical flame class of PE reached V-0 of UL 94, and when the mass fraction of the flame retardant continuously increased to 30%, test should be made with the alcohol blast burner according to the requirements specified in Standard MT 113-1995 "The General Test Method and Decision Rule for Flame Retardant and Antistatic Properties of Polymer Products for Coal Mines" ; a mine halogen-free flame-retarded anti-static PE was obtained by simuhaneonsly adding the anti-static agent and toughening agent. It was found that the halogen-free flame retardant system was not only similar to the bromine-antimony flame retardant system in the flame-retardant, anti-static and mechanical properties, but also had a high cost advantage.
