炭黑含量对阻燃抗静电聚乙烯流变性能及力学性能的影响

Effects of Carbon Black Content on Rheological Properties and Mechanical Properties of Flame-Retardant and Antistatic Polyethylene

摘要 在阻燃聚乙烯中加入炭黑制备阻燃抗静电聚乙烯材料,研究炭黑含量对材料的导电性能、动态流变行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随炭黑含量的增大,材料的复数黏度(η*)、储能模量(G')和损耗模量(G'')均增大,但损耗角正切值(tanδ)下降。炭黑含量超过2.4%,复合材料形成逾渗网络,表现为高零切黏度。炭黑含量逐渐增大,材料表面电阻率下降,炭黑含量为2.4%,表面电阻率迅速降至3×108Ω,黏弹逾渗点与导电逾渗点几乎一致(均在2%~3%之间)。随着炭黑含量的增加,材料的冲击强度降低,流动性变差。炭黑含量为2.4%时,材料缺口冲击强度达到10.5 kJ/m2,熔体质量流动速率为2.0 g/10 min(190℃/2.16 kg)。 A flame-retarded anti-static polyethylene material was developed by adding carbon black into flame retardant polyethylene,and the effects of carbon black content on the electrical properties,rheological properties,and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that the complex viscosity(η*),storage modulus(G')and loss modulus(G'')all increase with the increase of carbon black content,but the loss tangent(tanδ)decreases..The carbon black content is more than 2.4%,and the composite forms an over-permeability network,which is characterized by high zero-cut viscosity.With the increase of carbon black content,the surface resistivity of the material decreases,the carbon black content is 2.4%,the surface resistivity rapidly decreases to 3×108Ω,and the viscoelastic over-permeability point is almost the same as the conductive over-permeability point(both between 2%~3%).With the increase of carbon black content,the impact strength of the material decreases and the fluidity deteriorates.When the carbon black content is 2.4%,the notched impact strength of the material reaches 10.5 kJ/m2,and the melt mass flow rate is 2.0 g/10 min(190℃/2.16 kg).
