原铝精炼过程稀土铈对其成分和性能的影响

摘要 原铝的电阻率、抗拉强度以及伸长率是衡量其用途的重要指标。本文通过向原铝中添加不同稀土铈元素含量探究了对其成分以及性能的影响。结果表明,当稀土铈梯度在0.29%时,电阻率下降0.48 nΩ·m,且伸长率最高,高达55.47%。当铈梯度在0.50%时,抗拉强度最大,高达72.12 MPa。 The resistivity,tensile strength and elongation of primary aluminum are important indicators to measure its use.The effects of adding different rare earth contents to primary aluminum on its composition and properties were investigated in this paper.The results show that when the rare earth cerium gradient is 0.29%,the resistivity decreases by 0.48 nΩ·m and the elongation reaches 55.47%.When the cerium gradient is 0.50%,the tensile strength is the highest,up to 72.12 MPa.
