摘要
采用周期浸润腐蚀试验模拟海洋大气环境。研究了稀土Ce及其加入量对7A04铝合金耐海洋大气环境腐蚀性能的影响。通过SEM和XRD分析了试样除锈后的形貌和腐蚀产物的成分。采用失重法和极化曲线法分析了腐蚀动力学规律和电化学行为。结果表明:添加稀土Ce的7A04铝合金的腐蚀速率明显低于未添加稀土Ce的。腐蚀480h后,添加了0.39%稀土Ce的试样和添加了0.81%稀土Ce的试样的腐蚀速率与未添加稀土的试样相比分别降低了16.7%和12.2%。
The effects of rare earth Ce and its addition amount on the corrosion resistance of 7A04 aluminum alloy in marine atmosphere were studied by simulating marine atmosphere with cycle immersion corrosion test. By scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), the morphologies of the samples after rust removal and the composition of the corrosion products were analyzed. By mass loss method and polarization curve method, the corrosion kinetics rule and electrochemical behavior were analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rate of 7A04 aluminum alloy with rare earth Ce is significantly lower than that without adding rare earth Ce. After corrosion for 480 h, the corrosion rates of the sample with 0.39% rare earth and the sample with 0.81% rare earth Ce decrease by 16.7% and 12.2%, respectively, compared with the samples without the addition of rare earth Ce.
