摘要
在6063铝合金中添加了不同含量的合金元素Gd或Nb,并进行了物相组成、显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,在6063铝合金中添加Gd或Nb,尤其是复合添加Gd和Nb,可显著细化晶粒、明显提高其力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。与未添加Gd和Nb元素的6063铝合金相比,复合添加w(Gd)=0.15%和w(Nb)=0.1%后,合金的抗拉强度增加40 N/mm2、伸长率增加1.9%、冲击吸收功增加30%、腐蚀电位正移194 m V。
6063 aluminum alloy was prepared with different contents of alloying elements (Gd or Nb) , and the phase composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that adding alloying elements (Gd or Nb), especially compound addition of Gd and Nb could markedly refine the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Compared with 6063 aluminum alloy without alloying element, compound addition of w(Gd) = 0.15% and w (Nb) = 0.1% could increase tensile strength by 40 N/mm^2, elongation by 1.9% ,impact energy by 30% and the corrosion potential of the alloy shifted 194 mV to the positive direction.
