摘要
以聚醚多元醇450、PPG210和异氰酸酯PM200为原料,添加阻燃剂,采用一步法制备硬质聚氨酯弹性体,通过改变阻燃剂的种类及用量,研究其对弹性体性能的影响。研究发现,阻燃剂能明显改善聚氨酯弹性体的阻燃性能,但也在一定程度上影响了材料的力学性能、电阻率和耐热性能,使用固体阻燃剂的力学性能耐热性能改善最为明显;随着甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)用量增加,材料力学性能呈现下降趋势,阻燃性能明显提高;当使用10份的阻燃剂DMMP时,综合效果最优。
Using polyether polyol 450,PPG210 and isocyanate PM200 as raw materials,the rigid polyurethane elastomer was prepared by one-step method using additive flame retardant.By changing the type and dosage of flame retardants,the effect on the properties of elastomers was studied.It is found that flame retardants can obviously improve the flame retardancy of polyurethane elastomers,but also affect the mechanical properties,resistivity and heat resistance of the materials to some extent.The mechanical properties of solid flame retardants are improved most obviously.As the amount of dimetyyl methyl phosphonate(DMMP)increases,the mechanical properties of the material decrease and the flame retardant properties increase obviously.When the addition of flame retardant DMMP is 10 phr,the comprehensive effect is optimal.
