摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,随机选取西北农林科技大学体育课武术班3个班作为实验组,对其进行一学期的武术微课翻转教学;另外3个班为对照组,按照传统教学模式进行。结果发现武术微课翻转教学可以有效的提升大学生心理健康水平。较传统教学模式更有利于改善大学生人际关系敏感问题及他们的偏执心理,但对于解决大学生的强迫症及改善睡眠质量方面的干预效果不理想。
in this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,three classes of martial arts classes in Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University of science and technology were randomly selected as the experimental group to carry out the flipped teaching of Wushu micro class for one semester;the other three classes were the control group,which were carried out according to the traditional teaching mode.The results show that the flipped teaching of Wushu micro course can effectively improve the mental health level of college students.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is more conducive to improve the interpersonal sensitivity of college students and their paranoid psychology.However,the intervention effect on solving obsessive-compulsive disorder and improving sleep quality is not ideal.
