摘要
传统的体育教学开展过程中,体育教师常常通过口头指导和肢体演示来进行教学内容的讲解和教授,学生也是通过观察和聆听来进行学习。但是就现阶段体育教学的结果看来,这一教学模式下的学生并不能很好地掌握动作要领和注意事项。所以,如何使学生的学习效率达到最大化,是需要考虑的问题,翻转课堂模式被提出并且广泛地应用在了大学教学中,尤其是体育教学的开展。
In the process of traditional physical education,physical education teachers often explain and teach the content through oral guidance and body demonstration,and students also learn through observation and listening.However,according to the results of physical education teaching at this stage,the students in this teaching mode can not grasp the action essentials and precautions very well.Therefore,how to maximize the learning efficiency of students is a problem we need to consider.The flipped classroom model has been proposed and widely used in university teaching,especially in physical education teaching.
