摘要
随着终身教育理念的广泛传播,许多国家开启了学分银行制度的探索实践。目前,我国部分地区已建立起面向终身教育的学分银行。国内学分银行建设虽然吸收了国外的一些经验,并取得了一定的成绩,但根据我国学分银行的总体发展实际情况判断,目前仍处在探索建设的萌芽阶段,还有一系列的问题亟待解决。通过对国内外学分银行建设的现状研究,提出基于“框架+认证+学分银行”模式的优化策略,以期为我国学分银行的优化建设提供可实现路径。
Coincident with the wide spread of the concept of lifelong education,many countries have initiated the exploration and practice of the credit bank system.At present,in some regions of China credit banks have been established for lifelong education.Although the construction of domestic credit banks has absorbed much foreign experience and achieved certain results,judging from the actual situation of the overall development of credit banks,it is still in the embryonic stage of exploration and construction,and there are still a series of problems to be solved.Based on the research on the current situation of credit bank construction,this paper proposes an optimization strategy on the basis of the“framework+certification+credit bank”model,and expects to provide a feasible path for the construction of credit banks in China.
