摘要
矿用刮板输送机及转载机中板的磨损影响煤矿开采的效率和安全。以中煤张家口煤矿机械有限责任公司新研制的中碳钢ZM4-13为试验材料,通过M-2000环块磨损试验机进行了干滑动摩擦磨损试验,与常用耐磨钢NM400的磨损量进行了对比,并通过扫描电镜对ZM4-13的磨损形貌进行分析。研究结果表明:在相同工况下,ZM4-13的磨损量均低于NM400,特别是在工况恶劣的情况下,ZM4-13表现出更优越的耐磨性。
The medium plate wear of scraper conveyer and transferer affects the efficiency and safety of coal mining. The medium carbon steel ZM4-13 newly developed by China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. was used as the test material, and the dry sliding friction and wear test was carried out by M-2000 ring block wear tester, the wear amount of ZM4-13 has been compared with the wear amount of common wear-resistant steel NM400, and the wear morphology of ZM4-13 was analyzed by sem. The results show that under the same working condition, the wear amount of ZM4-13 is lower than that of NM400. Especially under bad working conditions, ZM4-13 shows better wear resistance.
