摘要
为满足特厚煤层的安全高效开采需求,根据超重型刮板输送机的原始参数,对其主要技术参数进行了计算,并将再制造技术融入到刮板机中部槽的设计中,同时对刮板输送机的关键部件进行了优化设计,最终提高了中部槽的使用寿命,降低了整机制造成本,具有较高的经济效益。
To ensure safe and efficient operation of mining the super-thick coal seam, according to original parameters of a super-heavy scraper conveyor, its main technical parameters were calculated. And then, remanufacturing technology was integrated into the design of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor, and the key components of the scraper conveyor were optimized. Thus, the service lifespan of the middle trough enhanced, the manufacture cost reduced, and higher economical benefit was achieved.
