摘要
矿用转载机在运转过程中,中板的磨损机理为磨粒磨损。为了提高转载机中板的耐磨性,采用新的耐磨材料ZM4-13。根据ZM4-13的力学性能,给出了具体的工艺保障措施。通过实际应用对比,ZM4-13的耐磨性能优于常规的高强耐磨钢。
The wear mechanism of the middle plate is abrasive wear during the operation of the mine transfer conveyor.In order to improve the wear resistance of the middle plate of the transfer conveyor,a new wear-resistant material ZM4-13 was used.According to the mechanical properties of ZM4-13,the specific process guarantee measures were given.Through the comparison of practical application,ZM4-13 is superior to the conventional high-strength wear-resistant steel.
