摘要
综述了聚四氟乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚苯硫醚和聚醚醚酮等4种耐高温聚合物基自润滑轴承材料的发展现状和摩擦学研究进展,重点讨论了耐高温聚合物基自润滑轴承材料摩擦磨损性能及其磨损机理,同时对未来发展提出建议。
The development status and tribological research progress of four kinds of high temperature resistant polymer-based self-lubrication bearing materials,including PTFE,PI,PPS and PEEK,are introduced.The friction and wear properties and wear mechanism of high temperature resistant polymer-based self-lubrication bearing materials are emphatically discussed,and suggestions for future development have proposed.
