摘要
Hardox 500钢板是一种细晶粒无碳化物马氏体和贝氏体耐磨钢板。对其焊接接头的性能、焊后组织的变化以及焊接工艺性进行了研究。结果表明:该钢板具有优良的焊接性,用500~600 MPa级别的低合金钢焊条焊接取得了较好的效果,已在产品上成功应用。
Hardox 500 is a kind of carbide-free wear-resistant steel with the microstructure of martensitebainite. The properties of the welded joint and the microstructure transformation of this steel were investigated. The fabrication weldability of this steel was examined. The results indicate that Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel has good welding processablility and the low alloy electrode in strength range of 500-600 MPa can be used to weld this steel. This steel plate has been successfully applied.
