等温工艺对贝氏体钢微观组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析了两种等温工艺(285和230℃)对球磨机用衬板贝氏体钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过两种等温工艺均获得贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体组成的无碳化物贝氏体组织(板条状、粒状),其中贝氏体铁素体存在高密度位错,尺寸为亚微米级,残余奥氏体厚度为亚微米级或纳米级,薄膜状残余奥氏体与贝氏体铁素体相间分布。230℃等温工艺下试验钢的板条组织细化,薄膜状残余奥氏体比例增加是试样强度、断面收缩率、硬度和冲击功提高的主要原因。试验钢在受到动载荷时表现为韧性断裂,受到静载荷时表现为准解理断裂。 X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to analyze the effects of two isothermal processes( 285 and 230 ℃) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of bainitic steel for ball mill liners. The results show that carbide-free bainite tissues( slate-like and granular) consisting of bainite ferrite and residual austenite are obtained by both the two isothermal processes. The bainite ferrite has dislocations with high density and its size is sub-micron. The thickness of residual austenite is sub-micron or nanometer. The thin film-like residual austenite and bainitic ferrite are alternately distributed. The slatted tissue is refined and the increase of the ratio of thin film-like residual austenite are the main reasons for the improvement of strength,sectional shrinkage,hardness and impact absorption energy of samples in 230 ℃ isothermal process. The test steel exhibits ductile fracture under dynamic load and quasi-cleavage fracture under static load.
