摘要
目的:评价细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值和护理质量。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月儿科患儿100例,根据护理管理方案差异分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理管理方案;研究组在常规护理管理基础上实施细节管理方案。比较两组应用价值和护理质量。结果:研究组基础护理、特色护理、护理文书、病房护理、健康教育等护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良风险事件发生率、护理差错发生率、并发症发生率及医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值明显,可有效降低护患纠纷事件的发生率,提升护理质量,有利于患儿早日康复出院。
Objective:To evaluate the application value and nursing quality of detail management in pediatric nursing management.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,100 cases of pediatric patients were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the differences of nursing management schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing management plan.The study group carried out detail management plan on the basis of routine nursing management.The application value and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing quality scores such as basic nursing,characteristic nursing,nursing documents,ward nursing and health education in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse risk events,nursing errors,complications and doctor-patient disputes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of detail management in pediatric nursing management is obvious,which can not only effectively reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,improve the quality of nursing,but also can facilitate the early recovery and discharge of children.
