摘要
目的探讨对低年资护士采用PDCA循环管理方式进行干预后获得的效果。方法选取2020年2—5月菏泽市定陶区人民医院儿科的20名低年资护理人员作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分组,施以常规管理模式管理的设为参照组(n=10),施以PDCA循环管理的设为研究组(n=10),对比两组护理人员操作技能评分、理论知识评分、工作质量评分、护理不良事件总发生率。结果研究组护理人员操作技能评分、理论知识评分同参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组安全管理评分、基础护理评分、一级护理评分、文书记录评分以及总分同参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件总发生率同参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对医院儿科低年资护理人员合理给予PDCA循环管理,可提高护理人员的工作水平,降低护理不良事件发生率,显著提升整体工作质量。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on nurses with low seniority.Methods 20 nurses with low years of experience in the pediatrics department of Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City from February to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by coin tossing method.Those who were administered with conventional management mode were set as the reference group(n=10),and those who were administered with PDCA cycle management were set as the research group(n=10).The operation skill score,theoretical knowledge score,job quality score and the total incidence of adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results The operation skill score and theoretical knowledge score of nursing staff in the study group were compared with those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety management score,basic nursing score,primary nursing score,clerical record score and total score of the study group were compared with the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was compared with that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proper PDCA cycle management for junior pediatric nursing staff in hospitals can improve the working level of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,and significantly improve the overall work quality.
