摘要
目的探究层级式责任制管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月医院儿科定科护理人员30名,每名护士负责6例患儿,并分为对照组(传统功能制护理模式)与观察组(给予层级式责任制模式)。对比两组护理质量评价、综合能力。结果观察组重症护理基础护理、消毒隔离、护理文书、病区管理评分、临床能力考评及教学能力考评分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级式责任制管理应用于儿科护理管理中,可提高整体护理服务质量水平,具有显著的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical responsibility management in pediatric nursing management.Methods From January to December 2020,30 permanent nurses were screened,and each nurse was responsible for 6 children.And divided into control group(traditional functional nursing model)and observation group(hierarchical responsibility model).The nursing quality evaluation and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of intensive nursing basic nursing,disinfection and isolation scores,nursing documents scores,ward management scores,clinical ability assessment and teaching ability assessment scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical responsibility management in pediatric nursing management can improve the quality of overall nursing service and has significant value for promotion.
