摘要
目的评价全面护理风险管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年5月儿科实施常规护理风险管理的护理人员10名作为比对组,选取2019年6月—2022年1月实施全面护理风险管理的护理人员10名作为探究组。分析全面护理风险管理的临床应用价值。结果探究组环境管理、急救能力、消毒隔离意识、护理文书书写规范与基础护理评分均高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组不良护理事件发生率10.00%与投诉率0.00%均低于比对组的60.00%与40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组工作满意度100.00%高于比对组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理风险管理可提高护理人员综合能力,减低投诉与不良护理事件发生率,可进一步保证儿科护理管理效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing risk management in pediatric nursing management.Methods 10 nurses who implemented routine nursing risk management in pediatrics from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the comparison group,10 nurses who implemented comprehensive nursing risk management from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the exploration group.Analyzed the clinical application value of comprehensive nursing risk management.Results The scores of environmental management,first aid ability,disinfection and isolation awareness,nursing document writing standard and basic nursing scores in the exploration group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in the exploration group of 10.00%and the complaint rate of 0.00%were both lower than the 60.00%and 40.00%in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work satisfaction of the exploration group was 100.00%higher than that of the comparison group 60.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Among them,comprehensive nursing risk management can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of complaints and adverse nursing events,and further ensure the effect of pediatric nursing management.
