摘要
目的 探讨风险管理流程体系在小儿静脉输液护理中构建及其应用效果.方法 回顾性分析该院2016年1月~2017年1月接受静脉输液的患儿200例作为研究对象.根据护理措施不同分为对照组与观察组,其中102例患儿接受常规护理管理模式,纳入对照组;98例患儿接受风险管理流程体系护理管理模式,纳入观察组.比较两组患者护理满意度、不良事件、风险意识评分、护理工作质量评分.结果 观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属风险管理意识、风险因素意识、风险管理态度、风险管理意向、处理能力评分显著高于对照组患儿家属,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) .观察组患儿家属对护理人员基础护理、操作熟练程度、操作规范性、服务态度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) .结论 风险管理流程体系可显著提高小儿静脉输液护理服务质量,提升护理满意度,减少不良事件,改善服务态度,值得临床广泛使用.
Objective To explore the construction and application effect of the risk management process system in the nursing of infantile intravenous infusion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of children receiving intravenous infusion in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 was conducted. According to different nursing measures, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. 102 children received routine nursing management mode, which was included in the control group. Ninety-eight children received the nursing management mode of the risk management process system, which was included in the observation group. Nursing satisfaction, adverse events, risk awareness score and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The risk management awareness, risk factor awareness, risk management attitude, risk management intention and processing a-bility of the family members of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the family members of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The family members of the observation group scored higher than the control group on basic nursing care, operation proficiency, operation normalization and service attitude of the nursing staff, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The risk management process system can significantly improve the quality of intravenous infusion nursing services in children, improve nursing satisfaction ,reduce adverse events, and improve service attitude, which is worthy of wide clinical use.
