摘要
目的分析持续质量改进在儿科优质护理管理中的应用效果。方法以该院2017年4月—2018年3月儿科收治的120例患儿作为对象进行研究,根据患儿的入院顺序将其分为常规组与持续质量改进组(持续组),每组60例。常规组患儿采取常规的护理管理模式,持续组的护理管理采取持续质量改进模式,观察两组的护理合格率与护理满意率。结果持续组患儿的基础护理合格率、专项护理合格率、病房管理合格率都显著高于常规组,且持续组的护理总满意率96.67%显著高于常规组76.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进在儿科优质护理管理中的应用,能有效提高各项护理合格率与护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the excellent nursing management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 120 cases of children admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the admission order, the routine group used the routine nursing management models, while the continuous nursing management used the continuous quality improvement model, and the nursing qualified rate and nursing satisfactory degree were observed. Results The basic nursing qualified rate, specific nursing qualified rate, ward management qualified rate in the continuous group were obviously higher than those in the routine group, and the total satisfactory degree in the continuous group was obviously higher than that in the routine group（96.67% vs 76.67%）, and the difference between groups was obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the excellent nursing management in the department of pediatrics can effectively improve qualified rates of various nursing and nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
