量化岗位管理实施对护理工作满意度影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨风湿免疫科实施量化岗位管理对护理工作满意度的影响。方法进行岗位设置,修订岗位说明书,实施分层岗位培训,量化绩效考核体系的设计,量化岗位管理的建立与实施,实施分层弹性排班,制定岗位晋级方案,在风湿免疫科全面实施量化岗位管理。结果实施后护士总体工作满意度提高,前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者、医生对护理工作满意度较前均有提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),护理不良事件及投诉发生率分别下降了50%和60%。结论风湿免疫科开展量化岗位管理,能有效提升护理工作满意度,提升护理管理水平,减少安全隐患发生。 Objective: To explore the influence of quantitative post management implementation on nursing sat- isfaction. Methods:In the department of rheumatology, full implementation of quantitative post management was conducted, which includes post setting, revision of the position description, implementation of layered job training, design of quantitative performance appraisal system, establishment and implementation of quantitative post manage- ment, implementation of layered elastic scheduling, and formulation of job promotion plan. Results : After the implementation of quantitative post management, the overall nurses' satisfaction was improved statistically (P 〈 0.01 ), the patients' and doctors' satisfaction about nursing were improved (P 〈0.05 ), and the incidence of nurs- ing adverse events and complaint rates fell by 50% and 60% respectively. Conclusions:Implementation of quantitative post management in the department of rheumatology could promote the nursing satisfaction, improve the nursing management level, and reduce the security hidden danger.
