摘要
目的建立与护理岗位价值和产出相挂钩的护士绩效奖金分配体系,充分调动临床护士工作积极性。方法采取清点核查,确定岗位、科学测评,设置岗位系数、确定岗位标准与流程、建立护士绩效奖金分配系统、建立以岗位需求为导向的护士培训模式等措施。结果全院护理岗位423个,岗位系数反映了岗位的价值,护士绩效奖金分配系统由岗位积分、产出积分和内涵积分组成。结论通过实施岗位管理,提高了工作效率,提升了护士工作积极性。
Objective To establish a performance-based bonus distribution system for nurses that links up with value of nursing post and work output, and to generate nurses' enthusiasm for work. Methods We adopted such measures as counting and checking existing nursing posts to scientifically establish essential posts, setting up post coefficients, formulating post requirements and work process, building performance-based bonus distribution system for nurses, and establishing post requirement oriented training system. Results A total of 423 nursing posts were established, and the post coefficients reflected value of the posts. The bonus distribution system for nurses consisted of post score, work output score and connotation score. Conclusion By application of the post management, work efficiency is increased and nursesr enthusiasm for work is promoted.
