摘要
目的探讨护士分层级管理对老年住院患者满意度的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月我院住院的老年患者300例,根据护士分层级管理实施前后进行分组,每组150例。2016年9月至2017年3月实施常规护理干预(实施前),2017年4月至2017年9月实施护士分层级管理干预(实施后)。比较实施前后的护理质量及患者的护理满意度。结果实施护士分层级管理后,护士的基础护理、护理文书、病房管理、护理操作技能及患者护理安全评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施护士分层级管理后,患者的护理满意度为95.33%,明显高于实施前的85.33%(P<0.05)。结论对老年住院患者实施护士分层级管理,能够提高住院老年患者对护理服务的满意度,提高护理质量,保证老年患者的护理安全。
Objective To explore the influence of nurse stratified management on satisfaction degree of elderly hospitalized patients.Methods 300 cases of elderly hospitalized patients in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to whether the nurse stratified management was implemented, with 150 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was implemented from September 2016 to March 2017（before implementation）. Nurse stratified management was implemented from April 2017 to September 2017（after implementation）. The nursing quality and patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree before and after the implementation were compared. Results After the implementation of nurse stratified management, nurses＇ scores of basic nursing, nursing document, ward management, nursing skills and nursing safety were higher than those before the implementation（P〈0.05）. After the implementation of nurse stratified management, patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree was 95.33%, significantly higher than 85.33% before the implementation（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The implementation of nurse stratified management for elderly hospitalized patients can improve the satisfaction degree to nursing servive and nursing quality, and ensure the nursing safety of elderly patients.
