微拟球藻总脂提取方法的研究

摘要 本实验以膨化破壁微拟球藻为原料,采用溶剂法提取微藻总脂,研究了溶剂种类、液料比、提取温度、提取时间及提取次数等因素对总脂提取率的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为液料比5.5∶1,提取温度55℃,提取时间5.5 h,提取4次,提取率可达96.3%,工艺简洁,有着较为广阔的应用前景。 In this study,the solvent method was taken to extract the lipid of nannochloropsis oceanica that break cell by extruded.The effects of solvent type,ratio of material to solvent,extraction temperature,extraction time and times of extraction on extraction rate of lipid were studied.The results showed that the optimum technological specifications,such as extration ratio,ratio of material to solvent,extraction temperature,extraction time and times of extraction were 96.3%,5.5∶1,55℃,5.5 h,4,respectively.The simple craft has a broad prospect of application.
