摘要 目的优选槐花颗粒的水提工艺和成型工艺。方法以提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间、加水量为考察因素,以干浸膏得率和芦丁含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优化水提工艺,采用单因素分析对成型工艺中辅料、药物与辅料比例、干燥温度、润湿剂比例进行优化。结果优选出的槐花颗粒最佳提取条件为,加10倍量水,浸泡20 min,提取3次,每次提取1.5 h;最佳成型工艺为,辅料选择糊精,药物与辅料比例1∶1(m/m),干燥温度60℃,润湿剂选择95%乙醇。经验证试验证实,干浸膏得率和芦丁含量的RSD分别为0.79%及1.47%(n=3)。结论优选的工艺参数稳定,方法合理、可行,所制备的产品质量稳定。 Objective To optimize the water extraction and forming process of Huaihua Granules.Methods L9(34)orthogonal test was used to screen the water extraction process with the extraction times,extraction time,soaking time and water addition as the investigation factors,and with the dry extract yield and rutin content as the inspection indexes.The excipient,drugs-excipient ratio,drying temperature and lubricant proportion were optimized by the single-factor analysis.Results The optimal extraction conditions of Huaihua Granules were as follows:adding 10 times of water,soaking for 20 min,extracting for thee times,1.5 h each time.The best parameters of the forming process were as follows:dextrin was taking as the excipient,drug-excipient ratio was 1∶1(m/m),drying temperature was 60℃,lubricant proportion was 95%ethanol.The RSDs of dry extract yield and rutin content were 0.79%and 1.47%(n=3),respectively.Conclusion The optimized process parameters are stable,the method is reasonable and feasible,and the quality of the products is stable.
