摘要
酚酸类化合物作为次生代谢而产物,广泛的存在于自然界中多种植物中,其功能也跟人们的生活息息相关。人们对酚酸类化合物的认识由来已久,酚酸类化合物在现代的各行各业都有重要作用。特别是在医药领域,因酚酸类化合物具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂等作用,受到了研究者的关注。作者就目前植物中各类酚酸类化合物的提取、分离及其生物活性研究进行了综述。
Phenolic acids as secondary metabolism and product, widely exists in many kinds of plants in nature, and its function is closely related with people＇s lives. It has a long history of people＇s understanding of phenolic acids, and phenolic acids play an important role in all walks of life, especially in the field of medicine. Phenolic acids have received the attention of researchers, because phenolic acids have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, lowering blood lipid and so on. The article introduces the extraction, separation and biological activities of all kinds of phenolic compounds in plants.
