摘要
目的:探究连作丹参根际土壤中化感物质组成及变化,阐明连作丹参根际土壤化感效应的机理。方法:采用GC-MS技术对丹参根际土壤中化感物质的种类及相对含量进行分析,通过萝卜和丹参种子生测实验探究不同浓度根际土壤水提液处理对种子萌发的影响。结果:邻苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和苯甲酸为连作1年丹参根际土壤含量最高的化感物质,含量分别为0.909μg/g、0.773μg/g、0.518μg/g和0.304μg/g。连作根际土壤中化感物质成分组成与非连作根际土壤基本一致,但苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸、肉豆蔻酸等12种酸类含量显著升高,增幅最高达310.811%;邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯等3种酯类含量也显著升高,3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、苯甲醇的含量在连作后呈增加趋势。2种种子在不同浓度连作土壤水提液处理下的发芽率、胚芽和胚根长度均存在低促高抑现象,对发芽势的影响不明显,连作土壤水提液在高浓度(>80 g/300 mL)时对种子萌发具有一定的抑制作用。结论:综合分析,丹参连作障碍的发生可能与化感物质的积累密切相关,连作土壤具有较强的化感效应。
Objective:To explore the composition and changes of allelochemicals in the rhizosphere soil of continuous cropping Salvia miltiorrhiza,to clarify the mechanism of allelopathic effect of continuous cropping Salvia miltiorrhiza rhizosphere soil.Methods:The species and relative contents of allelochemicals in Salvia miltiorrhiza rhizosphere soil were analyzed by GC-MS.The effects of different concentrations of rhizosphere soil water extract on seed germination were studied by bioassay experiments of Raphanus sativus and Salvia miltiorrhiza seeds.Results:Phthalic acid,terephthalic acid,diisobutyl phthalate and benzoic acid were the highest contents of allelochemicals in Salvia miltiorrhiza rhizosphere soil after one year continuous cropping,which were 0.909μg/g,0.773μg/g,0.518μg/g,0.304μg/g,respectively.The composition of allelochemicals in continuous cropping rhizosphere soil was basically the same as that in non-continuous cropping rhizosphere soil,but the contents of 12 acids such as benzoic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,myristic acid increased significantly,with a maximum increase of 310.811%;The contents of three kinds of ester such as diisobutyl phthalate,methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate also increased significantly,and 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,benzyl alcohol contents increased after continuous cropping.The germination rate,germ and radicle length of the two seeds under the treatment of continuous cropping soil water extract with different concentrations had the phenomenon of low promotion and high inhibition,and the effect on germination potential was not obvious.The continuous cropping soil water extract had a certain inhibitory effect on seed germination at high concentration(>80 g/300 mL).Conclusion:By comprehensive analysis,the occurrence of continuous cropping disorder of Salvia miltiorrhiza may be closely related to the accumulation of allelopathic substances,the continuous cropping soil has a strong allelopathic effect.
