Research Progress on Planting Technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza

摘要 丹参具有活血祛瘀、通经止痛、清心除烦、凉血消痈之功效。在其药用功效及作用的研究中,发现丹参提取物有改善心脏疾病、抑制血小板聚集、降低高血脂等功效,可以起到心肌修复、降低血脂作用,还对肝微循环起到一定作用。且丹参药食两用,因此近年来丹参的需求量不断增加,野生的优质丹参越来越少,随着市场的需要,人工种植面积越来越大,但产量和质量均参差不齐。因此,开发高产、高效、稳产、优质及规范化的丹参种植技术对保障丹参资源具有十分重要的意义。该研究对近年来丹参种植中对于种植地的要求、丹参不同繁殖方法、常见病虫害防治等丹参常规种植中出现的问题进行了综述,并阐明了相关的防治措施。同时对丹参连作障碍的产生及改良,丹参轮作、套作方式的种植方式进行介绍,以期为丹参的科学化种植提供参考依据,并为丹参种植的可持续发展奠定基础。 Salvia miltiorrhiza has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving pain,clearing the heart and removing annoyance,cooling blood and eliminating carbuncle.In the study of its medicinal efficacy and role,it was found that the extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza has the effects of improving heart disease,inhibiting platelet aggregation,reducing hyperlipidemia,etc.,which can play a role in myocardial repair,reducing blood lipids,and also playing a certain role in liver microcirculation.At the same time,Salvia miltiorrhiza is edible and medicinal,so in recent years,the demand for Salvia miltiorrhiza has been increasing,and the wild high quality Salvia miltiorrhiza has become less and less.With the needs of the market,the artificial planting area has been expanding,but the output and quality are uneven.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop high yield,high efficiency,stable yield,high quality and standardized planting techniques for Salvia miltiorrhiza to ensure Salvia resources.In this paper,the requirements for planting land of Salvia miltiorrhiza in recent years are discussed,different propagation methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza,this paper reviews the problems in the conventional planting of Salvia miltiorrhiza,such as the control of common diseases and pests,and expounds the relevant control measures.At the same time,the production and improvement of continuous cropping obstacles of Salvia miltiorrhiza,the planting methods of rotation and interplanting of Salvia miltiorrhiza were introduced,which provided reference for scientific planting of Salvia miltiorrhiza and laid a foundation for sustainable development of Salvia miltiorrhiza planting.
