摘要
教学实践能力是教师专业能力的核心。目前我国师范生教学实践能力培养还存在理论脱离实际、培养零散化、碎片化等诸多突出问题。为此,探索以见习、练习、研习、实习组成的"四习"为主路径,依托实践取向的课程体系和螺旋上升的教学实践活动。"四习"路径贯穿师范生教学实践能力培养全过程,遵循教学实践能力形成长期性、练习性、情境性的内在规律。通过"四习"路径,找准师范生能力形成的特征,确定全程化培养目标,探索主要步骤和关键环节,有助于改善师范生的教学实践水平,使之具有胜任教学的关键能力。
Teaching practice ability is the core of teachers’professional ability.There are still many serious problems in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of normal school students,such as the separation of theory from practice,fragmented training.Relying on the practice-oriented curriculum system and the spiraling teaching practice,the"four ways of learning",which consists of internship,exercise,study and practice,runs through the whole process of cultivating the teaching practice ability of normal school students,and follows the inherent laws of the formation of teaching practice ability with long-term,practicing and situational characteristics.Through the approach of"four ways of learning",it is helpful to identify the characteristics of the ability formation of normal school students,determine the cultivating objectives of the whole process,and explore the main steps and key links,so as to improve the teaching practice level of normal school students and make them have key ability competent for teaching.
